Jen Hall Takes the Reins as New Executive Director of Republican Party of Texas

The Republican Party of Texas has announced Jen Hall as its incoming Executive Director, succeeding John Beckmeyer, who is stepping down to assume the role of City Manager for Odessa.

In an official statement, Matt Rinaldi, Chairman of the Republican Party of Texas, commended John Beckmeyer’s remarkable tenure as Executive Director and extended best wishes for his new endeavor in West Texas. Rinaldi expressed confidence that Jen Hall, equipped with a stellar background, will build on Beckmeyer’s accomplishments, especially as the party navigates the upcoming state convention and the critical 2024 national election.

Jen Hall brings a rich history of engagement with the Republican Party of Texas, spanning both volunteer and staff roles under various Chairmen. Her leadership experience includes serving as the Tarrant County Chair from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, she held the positions of Deputy Organization Director from 2019 to 2021 under Chairmen James Dickey and Allen West, and later assumed the role of Organization Director from 2021 to 2023 under Chairman Rinaldi. Hall’s track record encompasses supporting County Chairs, overseeing election administration, and managing state conventions.
