Two Illegal Immigrants Arrested for Trespassing on Kinney County Ranch, One Tied to Mexican Mafia
Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Troopers arrested two illegal immigrants in Kinney County on December 9 after they were found trespassing on private property. The suspects, both from Mexico, attempted to flee but were quickly apprehended by DPS officers operating in the South Texas Region.
Among those detained was Nery Flores Flores, a confirmed member of the notorious Mexican Mafia gang. Flores faces charges of criminal trespass and evading arrest. Authorities revealed his extensive criminal background, which includes serving 16 years in prison for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Following his release, Flores was deported to Mexico in 2020. He is currently classified as a deported aggravated felon and has an active warrant for an immigration violation.
The second suspect, Usvaldo Castaneda Loma, was also charged with criminal trespass and evading arrest.
