VIDEO SURFACES OF MAN STABBING WOMAN, TRIES TO ESCAPE THE SCENE
The man who assaulted the woman eventually drove his vehicle to into the Rio Grande River and escaping into Mexico. He was later retuned by Mexican Authorities to the United States. Eagle Pass was once a safe border down in Texas, but recently with the influx of illegals crossing the river in record breaking numbers the streets of this border community are no longer safe.
