Maverick County Sheriff’s Office Recovers Stolen RV in Ongoing Auto Crimes Task Force Investigation

EAGLE PASS, Texas — From our sources with the Maverick County Sheriff’s Office Auto Crimes Task Force, a stolen 2007 Jayco Jay Recreational Vehicle was successfully recovered over the weekend after being reported stolen from the south side of town.

Sheriff’s deputies responded swiftly to the report and within just a few hours located the missing RV. Authorities discovered the vehicle at a property where suspects had attempted to conceal it under a tarp.

The case remains under active investigation by the Sheriff’s Auto Crimes Unit, which continues to track down leads related to the theft. Officials urge anyone with information that may assist in the investigation to contact the Maverick County Sheriff’s Office at 830-773-2321.
