Knife Attack Unfolds Chaos in Central Dublin

Dublin faced turmoil after an immigrant with a knife attacked and left five individuals injured, including three young children. The incident, occurring in central Dublin, prompted police to probe various motives, including potential terror-related aspects. Clashes erupted between riot police and anti-immigrant protesters at the scene near O’Connell Street post the attack, leading to vandalism of a police car, double-decker bus, Holiday Inn, and McDonald’s restaurant.

Amidst the chaos, a five-year-old girl and a man in his late 40s sustained serious injuries, with the latter arrested by the police.
