Similar to the Medina County Republican Party filed censure of Congressman Tony Gonzales, the document filed directly points out various occasions when the Texas 23^rd Congressional District Congressman voted against Republican values. The document further questions the countless of votes that Congressman Gonzales casted following a Democratic majority in the House. Medina County Republican Party filed to censure the Congressman a couple of weeks earlier. Other Republican county parties have expressed interest in continuing the trend.
