U.S. HOUSE RESOLUTION (HR) 1132| CALLS FOR THE IMMEDIATE RELEASE OF WNBA STAR BRITTNEY GRINER

Congressman Greg Stanton (D-AZ9) is the primary sponsor of the HR 1132 that is calling for the immediate release of WNBA Superstar Brittney Griner from being detained in Russia. Griner was originally detained at a Russian Airport in possession of a type of vape pen.

This simple resolution was agreed to on June 24, 2022. That is the end of the legislative process for a simple resolution.
