Monica J. Cruz is a Competitive Challenger

City Councilwoman Monica J. Cruz, a current member of the Eagle Pass City Council, finished in second place with 39% of the votes. Cruz’s experience in city governance and her active role in community initiatives have made her a significant competitor in the race.

William “Billy” Davis and Jesus Casas
