Senate Budget Committee Ranking Member, Chuck Grassley, and House Committee on Oversight and Accountability Chairman, James Comer, are demanding that the FBI release an unclassified record concerning then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign national. The record, an FBI-generated FD-1023 form, is alleged to detail an arrangement involving the exchange of money for policy decisions.
Comer issued a subpoena following legally protected disclosures to Grassley’s office. Both politicians are demanding that the FBI produce the unredacted FD-1023 form, along with all accompanying attachments and documents.
Grassley has been raising concerns about political bias affecting high-level investigative decisions at the FBI for a long time. He has particularly been focused on investigations related to the Biden family’s foreign business arrangements and bank records.
The two politicians expressed concern that the allegations implicate the current President of the United States and that the American people need to know if President Biden has sold out the United States of America to make money for himself.
The Oversight Committee has obtained thousands of financial records related to the Biden family’s business transactions and has been investigating to determine if the Biden family has been targeted by foreign actors, if President Biden is compromised, and if there is a national security threat.
