Donald Trump releases an announcement that he has sent CNN a Notice of Intent to bring Civil Action for Defamation. According to the notice, the letter services as a formal notice of the false statements about President Donald J. Trump in numerous articles and televised transmissions published by Cable News Network, Inc. or CNN. The letter continues stating that CNN has 10 days to publish a full and fair correction, apology, or retraction to issues about but not limited to the 2016 Presidential Election, the 2020 Presidential Election, CNN’s rush to label President Trump a Liar or there will be legal action to follow.
In his statement former President Trump mentioned that he will also be commencing actions against other media outlets that defamed him and defrauded the public regarding the overwhelming evidence of fraud throughout the 2020 Election.
