Placido Madera has Masters of Business Administration, not a degree in planning, Jesus Rodriguez for a long time had a Bachelor’s in biology when he became the finance director, later acquired a Masters of Business Administration or Finance. Cynthia Campos received her promotion after ousting her supervisor, the former human resources director, Mrs. Perez. Jorge Sanchez, Manuel Mello and Jessies Sandoval have grown with the City and have over 60 years of experience between the three.
