Fourth of July Parade in Highland Park, Illinois turns violent when a shooter open fires on to the crowd. The TikTok video shows the parade progressing as expected until the gunshots are heard by the crowd and they began to disperse. According to sources five are dead and 16 injured. Information is still trickling out from various sources, the most important piece of information is that the shooter is still at large. A rifle was recovered at the scene.
