Authorities confirmed that one suspect was apprehended as of 6:24 p.m. The search remains ongoing for at least one additional individual believed to be involved in the incident.

Search Focused Near Uvalde Estates Area
The Uvalde County Sheriff’s Office, along with assisting law enforcement agencies, is actively searching the area near Javelina Pass and Uvalde Estates Drive.
Residents in Uvalde Estates and nearby areas are being advised to remain alert.
Suspect Description Provided
Authorities described the suspects as two males believed to be in their teens to mid-20s, both approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall.
One suspect was reported wearing black shorts and a black T-shirt. The second was described wearing a white T-shirt and blue shorts. Both individuals may have tattoos.
